New Club President Elected

The Sarnia Sword Club have duly elected a new president. Paul Gregory, himself a leading fencer, will take control of the club formed in 1969 from Ross Martel, who has been at the centre of the club's organisation for the past several years.

The official hand over took place recently with a committee meeting outlining the new structure and development plans for fencing within Guernsey.

Gregory stated 'Recently returning to the Island after two years being away in the UK, the exposure I've gained after being involved in other fencing clubs will bring a wealth of knowledge to the Island.'
